What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality patient care, including medication management and individual psychotherapy
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Conduct family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in psychiatric care
- Utilize digital health tools to manage patient care and communicate with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
