What You Will Do
- Provide direct patient care, including medication management and individual psychotherapy
- Customize care plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct initial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in psychiatric care and best practices
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the integrated care team model
What We Are Looking For
- Current PMHNP-BC certification
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field
- At least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychiatric care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records and other healthcare software
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
