What You Will Do

  • Provide direct patient care, including medication management and individual psychotherapy
  • Customize care plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conduct initial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

What We Are Looking For

  • Current PMHNP-BC certification
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychiatric care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with electronic health records and other healthcare software
