About the Role
Gitlab is seeking a Public Sector Strategic Account Executive to drive platform adoption across public sector organizations in the UK. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact and face of Gitlab for prospects and customers in this sector.Responsibilities
- Lead Gitlab platform enterprise sales across diverse public sector portfolio
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies using MEDDPICC methodology
- Build C-level relationships across government and private sector institutions
- Drive platform adoption through centers of excellence
- Manage complex procurement processes across government/public sector frameworks
- Create sector-specific value propositions and business cases
How to Stand Out
- Familiarize yourself with Gitlab's DevSecOps platform and its applications in the public sector
- Develop a strong understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology and be prepared to provide examples of its implementation
- Highlight your experience in building C-level relationships and navigating complex procurement processes
- Prepare case studies of successful platform adoption and digital transformation initiatives in the public sector
- Be prepared to discuss your skills in using Adjust and Excel to drive business growth and optimization
