What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to inform procurement decisions
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and engineering
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions
  • Implement and maintain procurement processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Provide training and support to junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Experience with digital procurement tools and technologies, including e-procurement systems and supply chain management software
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and regulations, including contract law and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
  • Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification
  • Experience working in a global environment, with knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
