QA Engineer - AI, Automation & Intelligent Testing

About the Role

What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Create comprehensive end-to-end test suites for consent flows, DSAR workflows, and privacy compliance scenarios, covering a wide range of user interactions and edge cases.
• Build robust API test automation for REST endpoints and third-party integrations, guaranteeing data integrity and security.
• Integrate AI coding agents into QA workflows for test generation, harnessing the power of AI to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop autonomous testing pipelines using Claude Code and AI agents, automating test generation, execution, and analysis for optimal feedback.
• Embed automated tests into Azure DevOps Pipelines, ensuring fast feedback loops and stringent quality gates.
• Conduct thorough exploratory and manual testing for new features and complex edge cases, identifying and reporting defects to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and embed testability into architecture, fostering a culture of quality from the outset.
• Ensure consent banners and plugins function correctly across various browsers and customer configurations, providing a seamless user experience.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in QA/test automation, with a strong background in framework development and implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Deep experience with Playwright and familiarity with Cypress or Selenium, demonstrating a strong foundation in test automation tools.
• Expertise in API testing, including REST, OAuth2/JWT, and integration testing, with a keen understanding of API security and data handling.
• Experience with CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar tools, ensuring the ability to streamline testing and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong manual and exploratory testing skills, with the ability to identify and report defects efficiently.
• Experience or a strong interest in AI coding tools, particularly Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot, to leverage AI in testing and automation.

• Experience working in an agile environment, with familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and containerization using Docker.
