About the Role

Day-to-day, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, from validating software produced by developers to defining and implementing Quality Assurance processes and tools. What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with customers and other team members to review and analyze technical specifications
  • Validate the software produced by developers to ensure high quality and business value
  • Develop technical best practices and ensure adherence to them
  • Define Quality Assurance processes & tools for internal QA team as well as for customer representatives
  • Conduct manual and automatic tests and analyze the results
  • Validate non-functional requirements
  • Analyze and report identified problems
  • Coach and mentor other QA team members
  • Define, document, and share best practices across project teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience with Agile software development processes
  • Good commercial experience of testing techniques and practices
  • Good diagnostics and debugging skills
  • Base knowledge of software architecture
  • Experience with tools that help maximize work terms of content and structure, quality, and efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a software tester on a variety of successfully delivered projects
  • Experience with Software Automation Framework, scripting languages, Object-Oriented Programming
  • Academic background in IT
  • Software Testing certifications such as ISTQB, BBST, etc.
