We are seeking a Quality Analyst II to evaluate credit quality data, perform quality assurance reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and recommend improvements.Responsibilities
- Review commercial finance processes, procedures, and transactions to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Perform quality assurance tests and reviews of credit risk and performance data, documentation, commercial finance processes, and reporting
- Analyze data and generate detailed reports highlighting trends, findings, and recommendations for process enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues, recommend solutions, and assist in implementing corrective actions
