About the Role
The Quality Assurance Analyst role at Axur is a critical position that ensures the quality and reliability of their AI-powered external threat discovery products. As a key member of the Engineering team, you will work closely with developers and product managers to design and execute test strategies, identify defects, and collaborate on solutions. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing detailed test plans and test cases for both new features and regression testing. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies. Your goal will be to ensure that Axur's products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for new features and regression testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Provide timely and detailed feedback to the development team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
- Participate in the review of new features, providing inputs from a quality perspective
- Conduct performance and security testing to ensure software meets industry standards
- Define and maintain test plans, validate new features/bug fixes, and prioritize automation opportunities
- Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and improve overall product quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve testing strategies
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Quality Assurance (QA)
- Proficiency in database testing, log analysis, backend testing, usability testing, boundary testing, API request testing, etc.
- Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution methodologies
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese
- Experience working with test automation frameworks and tools, or exposure to building/maintaining automated regression suites
- Experience working with SaaS products, security-focused applications, or fast-paced engineering environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Certification in QA or a related field
