About the Role

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create and maintain clear and reliable test documentation. Apparat Gaming operates within European time zones, and the ideal candidate will have some overlap with CET/CEST working hours for effective collaboration. As a remote worker, this individual will be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

• Perform manual testing of slot games across desktop and mobile platforms to ensure quality and reliability
• Contribute to the introduction and development of test automation, such as Playwright, where beneficial
• Design, maintain, and expand a structured test catalog and test case documentation
• Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure stability and compliance
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Verify functionality, usability, and game logic across different devices and environments
• Support compliance, certification, and regulatory testing requirements for regulated markets
• Help establish sustainable QA standards and processes, and collaborate closely with developers throughout the production and release cycle
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing

What We Are Looking For

• Professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the iGaming industry
• Experience testing browser-based applications, with a strong attention to detail and structured testing approach
• Ability to create and maintain clear and reliable test documentation
• Solid English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product management
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
• Experience with test automation, such as Playwright, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with compliance and certification processes in regulated iGaming markets

Nice to Have

• Experience testing slot games or other iGaming products
• Basic understanding of code and ability to read or debug using browser developer tools
• Familiarity with Playwright or similar browser automation tools
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
