Job Description

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound phone calls, monitor desktop activity, and complete aging reviews for Accounts Receivable team members.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer service, productivity, and job performance through call listening and desktop monitoring
  • Prepare phone call evaluations and written summaries for supervisors
  • Complete Aging Reviews for Accounts Receivable Representatives
  • Maintain accurate reporting spreadsheets and identify potential training opportunities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4-6 years of credit or Accounts Receivable experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Self-directed and organized with excellent communication skills
