Job Description

About the Role

The Quality Control role at Esteem is a critical position that entails managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all IT systems are running smoothly, efficiently, and securely. This involves troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and implementing new solutions to improve overall system performance.

As part of the IT team, the Quality Control specialist will work closely with colleagues to identify and resolve technical problems, provide technical support, and develop strategies to enhance the company's digital capabilities. The role is essential to the company's operations, as it directly impacts the productivity and effectiveness of other departments.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and setup computer systems, including 30 computers and 3 laptops
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the company's servers, including 2 servers with high-level security
  • Manage and setup network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, and VPN
  • Maintain and setup the BlackBoxMail Server, supporting 25 mail IDs
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, including 54 cameras and 3 DVRs
  • Develop and maintain small applications and software solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Coordinate with the excise department to resolve any pending issues
  • Purchase IT-related items and maintain inventory
  • Design and develop boxes and other materials using coral/Photoshop

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing IT systems, networks, and software applications
  • Strong technical skills in computer hardware, networking, and software development
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with EPBX CNC, SPM Machine Program, and Backup Marking Machine
  • Knowledge of PLC-based machines and software
  • Familiarity with attendance machines and designing software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
  • Certification in ITIL or other relevant IT certifications
