About the Role

The Quality Review Specialist at Stewart plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within client files and company production systems. This position is pivotal in supporting the production team throughout the real estate transaction process, from pre-closing to post-closing stages. By focusing on quality review and process improvement, the specialist contributes to the overall strategy and execution of field-based operations, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and Company reputation.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role involve a thorough review of data for errors and inaccuracies, identification of trends and issues through quality reports, and participation in implementing quality processes.
