About the Role
The Quant Researcher, OEX role is a key part of our global exchange team, focused on building a fast-growth trading platform that combines traditional finance and digital markets. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the development of innovative, multi-asset products and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Day-to-day, you will be responsible for developing and implementing derivatives pricing models, monitoring and analyzing portfolio risk, and designing automated liquidation logic. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's trading platform and will require collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement derivatives pricing models for traditional and digital asset classes
- Monitor and analyze portfolio risk, including scenario analysis and stress testing
- Design and implement automated liquidation logic to minimize potential losses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve trading platform performance
- Develop and maintain databases and data models to support quantitative research and risk management
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in financial markets and technologies
- Participate in the development of new products and features for the trading platform
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in quantitative research, risk management, trading, or a related field
- Master or PhD in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, physics, or computer science
- Proficient in Python and SQL or noSQL data structures, data models, and database management
- Strong understanding of derivatives pricing theory across traditional and digital asset classes
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics and cross/portfolio-margining methodologies
- Direct trading experience is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies
