Job Description

## About the Role As a Radiant/Cupid and Lumens Build Analyst at The Wilshire Group, you will be part of a dynamic healthcare IT team supporting critical Epic initiatives. Your primary focus will be on designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic applications, with a specific emphasis on Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules. This role requires a strong understanding of Epic workflows, build methodology, and change control processes, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions, ensuring that system configurations align with organizational standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Epic Build Analyst, supporting Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules, and a strong grasp of integrated clinical systems and healthcare operations. You will be expected to participate in workflow analysis, system testing, validation, and upgrades, and create and maintain documentation related to build decisions, workflows, and change management. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems efficiently will be essential in this role.

## What You Will Do - Perform Epic application build, configuration, optimization, and maintenance for Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules - Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions - Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution support - Participate in workflow analysis, system testing, validation, and upgrades - Create and maintain documentation related to build decisions, workflows, and change management - Support integrated workflows across multiple Epic applications - Assist with go-live support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives - Ensure system configurations align with organizational standards and best practices - Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvement - Design and implement solutions to improve system functionality and patient care outcomes

## What We Are Looking For - Previous experience as an Epic Build Analyst supporting Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules - Strong understanding of Epic workflows, build methodology, and change control processes - Experience with integrated clinical systems and healthcare operations - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Experience supporting healthcare organizations or hospital systems - Epic certifications in Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens (preferred) - Experience with system upgrades, optimization projects, and integrated testing - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
