What You Will Do
- Collect, review, and enter rating information into the system for new business, endorsements, and renewals
- Contact agents and follow up for missing information to ensure timely processing
- Review automated renewal quote documents and make necessary updates
- Process endorsements that fall within a specified list of requirements
- Prepare and approve renewals within authority limit
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize digital skills to efficiently manage and update records
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Stay up-to-date with insurance terminology and industry developments
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalency
- One year of office support experience desired
- Keyboarding speed of 40 wpm
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good personal computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of insurance terminology desired
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
