About the Role
Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Responsibilities
- Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD
- Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease impeding behaviors
- Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
- Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration
Requirements
- RBT certification required
- 1 year of experience in special education and applied behavior analysis preferred
