## What You Will Do - Manage and coordinate complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate matters, including due diligence, title issues, and zoning compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate law issues, staying current with legal and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Participate in business development efforts, assisting in the pursuit of new clients and opportunities.
• Stay abreast of market trends and legal developments in the real estate sector, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and client advice.

## What We Are Looking For - 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably in a similar role or with a reputable law firm.

• Experience representing institutional investors and real estate private equity funds.
