About the Role

The Real Estate Cold Caller position at CrewBloom is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to the company's growth. Your primary goal will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce them to the company's products and services, and set appointments for the sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment, with a strong track record of generating leads and handling objections. You will be working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and will be expected to maintain accurate records of all activities and data in HubSpot CRM.

What You Will Do

  • Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day via live transfers to an acquisition specialist
  • Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails to nurture leads and build relationships
  • Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records
  • Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM to ensure seamless sales pipeline management
  • Set up phone appointments for potential clients to speak with sales professionals
  • Achieve 500-600 outbound calls per day to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to optimize results
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment
  • Proven track record of generating leads and handling objections
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to follow scripts and prewritten email templates effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and optimize results
  • Fluency in English with a neutral accent and professional tone

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
