About the Role

The Real Estate Cold Caller position at CrewBloom is a full-time remote opportunity based in Latin America, focusing on generating leads and driving the sales pipeline forward. This role is pivotal in introducing potential clients to the company's products and services, setting appointments with sales professionals, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion. The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only skilled in cold calling and sales but also adept at using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and track interactions with potential clients.

Day-to-day, the successful candidate will engage in a high volume of outbound calls, aiming to achieve between 500 to 600 calls daily. This role requires strong organizational skills to keep track of appointments, follow-ups, and data entry into the CRM system. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle objections professionally, and maintain a high level of productivity despite challenges is crucial.

The Real Estate Cold Caller will be an integral part of a dynamic team, working closely with acquisition specialists and sales professionals to ensure that leads are efficiently passed on and converting into sales. What You Will Do

  • Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day through live transfers to an acquisition specialist
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients using prewritten emails, tailoring the communication to their interests and needs
  • Enter all activities, interactions, and data into HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records and track progress
  • Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM, ensuring a clear pipeline and forecast
  • Set up phone appointments for potential clients with sales professionals, preparing them with relevant information to increase conversion rates
  • Achieve the daily target of 500-600 outbound calls, adapting strategies as needed to meet or exceed this goal
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly
  • Continuously review and refine sales scripts and prewritten emails to enhance their effectiveness
  • Participate in training sessions and feedback loops to improve performance and stay updated on best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling, with the ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and proficiency in using them to manage leads and sales pipelines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
  • Fluency in English with a neutral accent, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds
