About the Role

As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator at Level - Virtual Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contract-to-close process for real estate transactions. Your day-to-day activities will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including agents, lenders, and title companies, to ensure seamless and efficient transactions. You will be part of a remote team, working independently to meet deadlines and collaborating with colleagues as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full contract-to-close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Intake and open new contracts, entering them into transaction and compliance systems
  • Review contracts thoroughly to ensure all documentation is received, accurate, and complete
  • Send summaries and updates to agents and clients, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Communicate with all parties involved, including agents, lenders, title companies, and associations, via email, phone, and text
  • Follow up to ensure timelines and deadlines are met, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Handle compliance-related tasks and documentation audits, ensuring all transactions are compliant with regulations
  • Edit and schedule branded social media templates as needed, contributing to the company's online presence
  • Utilize various tools and platforms, including MLS platforms, CRM and transaction platforms, and project management and compliance tools

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or Assistant TC
  • Background in real estate, with familiarity with contracts, documents, and transactional language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing deadlines independently in a remote work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience working with tools such as MLS platforms, CRM and transaction platforms, and project management and compliance tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
