Job Description

About the Role

The Reconciliation Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of client invoicing, including management fees, vendor costs, and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Review client invoicing for accuracy and completeness
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure compliance with client contracts
  • Assemble and manage compliance reports for healthcare and medical device clients
  • Collaborate with program managers and coordinators to produce client final invoices
  • Develop and implement process improvements within the Reconciliation & Compliance Reporting department

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, particularly in Salesforce and Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
