About the Role

The Recruiter will play a critical role in driving high-quality hiring across Airship, partnering closely with hiring managers, People Business Partners, and People & Talent Operations to deliver a consistent, efficient, and engaging experience for every candidate. This role will own searches end-to-end, from sourcing through closing, and will be responsible for ensuring that every candidate has a positive and seamless experience. As a key member of the team, the Recruiter will help build and maintain a strong employer brand, and will work to identify and attract top talent in the industry. What You Will Do

  • Own and drive high-quality hiring across Airship, partnering closely with hiring managers, People Business Partners, and People & Talent Operations
  • Run searches end-to-end, from sourcing through closing
  • Ensure that every candidate has a positive and seamless experience
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand
  • Identify and attract top talent in the industry
  • Work to diversify the candidate pool, and to attract candidates from underrepresented groups
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop employer branding materials
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize multiple searches simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws, and experience with compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, and experience with social media recruitment
  • Certification in recruitment, such as a CSP or CIR
  • Experience working with remote teams, and managing remote workers
