## About the Role The Recruiter position at Clark Outsourcing is a key component of the company's talent acquisition strategy. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for internal and hospitality-related positions, partnering closely with Operations, Regional Directors, Market Managers, and the National Administrative Team. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting phone screenings and initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and creating and managing job postings across online recruitment platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting staffing needs across various markets, and ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. ## What You Will Do - Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal and hospitality-related positions - Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews for candidates - Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and market teams - Create and manage job postings across online recruitment platforms - Source candidates through job boards, social media, and hiring channels - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring needs - Assist applicants with application completion and onboarding processes - Provide recruitment updates and maintain accurate hiring documentation - Collaborate with operations, regional directors, and market managers to support staffing needs - Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
## What We Are Looking For - At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition - Experience in hospitality, staffing agencies, or high-volume recruitment is an advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements - Experience using job boards, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online recruiting tools - Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills - Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented - Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
