About the Role

As a Recruiter at ECI, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle hiring across a broad portfolio of U.S.-based roles, including technical, client-facing, and SG&A positions. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to translate business priorities into targeted recruiting strategies, build high-caliber talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes with speed, rigor, and consistency. Your expertise in technology recruiting will enable you to understand technical skill sets, assess transferable capability, and engage credibly with hiring leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates, driving search execution, and delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You Will Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned U.S.-based technical, client-facing, and SG&A roles, from intake through offer close.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent needs, calibrate profiles, and align hiring plans to business priorities.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies that generate strong pipelines across both active and passive talent markets.
  • Evaluate candidates with a high bar for quality, ensuring alignment to role requirements, team needs, and long-term success.
  • Drive search execution with urgency, discipline, and consistency to deliver strong candidate slates and reduce time to fill.
  • Use market insight, pipeline data, and recruiting trends to advise hiring teams and continuously sharpen search strategy.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, strong follow-through, and professional judgment.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant recruiting activity and uphold strong process discipline across all searches.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern AI-based sourcing tools to streamline the recruitment process.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record supporting U.S.-based hiring across technical, client-facing, and/or SG&A roles.
  • Proven technology recruiting experience, with the ability to understand technical skill sets, assess transferable capability, and engage credibly with hiring leaders.
  • Demonstrated sourcing strength, including market mapping, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and creative pipeline-building strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Sound judgment, strong problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with Excel and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data, applications, and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of AI-based sourcing tools and their application in recruitment.
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field.
