## About the Role As a Recruiter, GTM Sales at DoorDash, you will play a vital role in driving the company's revenue growth by attracting and hiring top talent. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting will enable you to own the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring that the best candidates are identified and brought on board. The Go-to-Market Recruiting Team at DoorDash is dedicated to supporting the company's sales organization, which is a critical component of its growth strategy. As a recruiter on this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with sales leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that meet the needs of the business. Your success in this role will have a direct impact on DoorDash's ability to grow, serve merchants, and win in the market. ## What You Will Do - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent to DoorDash's sales organization - Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales segments and motions, including Enterprise and SMB teams - Collaborate with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans - Utilize data and market insights to identify inefficiencies and improve hiring velocity - Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance sourcing strategies, recruiter productivity, and stakeholder decision-making - Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Compensation, and HR, to inform talent decisions and drive business outcomes - Analyze funnel metrics and recruiting data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, hiring managers, and candidates - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management - Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure it is efficient, effective, and scalable - Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure that all interactions with candidates are professional and respectful

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth sales organization - Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of recruitment principles, processes, and best practices - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems and CRM software - Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales organization's needs and goals - Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and requirements - Strong metrics-driven mindset, with a focus on continuously improving recruitment processes and outcomes

## Nice to Have - Experience working with AI and emerging technologies in recruitment - Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices - Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as HR or talent management - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment - Familiarity with DoorDash's products and services
