About the Role

As a Recruiter GTM Sales at DoorDash USA, you will be part of the Go-to-Market Recruiting Team, responsible for driving business growth through strategic hiring. You will work closely with Sales leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that bring exceptional talent into DoorDash. Your role will involve full-cycle recruiting across multiple Go-to-Market sales segments and motions, including Enterprise and SMB organizations.

The Go-to-Market Recruiting Team is a critical component of DoorDash's growth engine, and your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to grow, serve merchants, and win in the market. You will be expected to move quickly, operate with high accountability, and continuously evolve how recruiting gets done.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, high-intensity environments and be deeply metrics-driven. You will need to balance quality hiring with operational excellence and be able to identify inefficiencies, influence stakeholders, and improve processes.

What You Will Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple Go-to-Market sales segments and motions
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies that bring exceptional talent into DoorDash
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders to design and implement recruiting plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Finance, Compensation, Sales S&O, and business leaders
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve processes to drive operational excellence
  • Analyze metrics and data to inform recruiting decisions and optimize strategies
  • Develop and manage recruiting budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with all recruiting policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a sales or GTM environment
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with recruiting software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GTM sales or sales operations
  • Knowledge of the food delivery or logistics industry
  • Certification in recruiting or a related field
