About the Role
The Recruiter role at name is a full-time, remote position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple industries and functions. As a Recruiter, you will work directly with hiring managers and clients to identify, attract, and hire top talent, and will be responsible for owning the entire hiring process from intake call to offer acceptance. What You Will Do
- Manage the hiring process from intake call to offer acceptance, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date throughout the process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
- Create and optimize job descriptions for maximum visibility and candidate flow
- Source candidates using a range of tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Boolean search
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates, and conduct outreach campaigns to engage high-quality talent
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews, evaluating candidates based on their experience, communication skills, technical fit, cultural alignment, and career goals
- Administer assessments or screening exercises when needed, and maintain detailed ATS notes and evaluation feedback
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling across time zones, and prepare candidates for interviews and manage follow-ups
- Deliver a professional, positive, and responsive candidate experience, and provide hiring managers with pipeline updates and market feedback
- Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions, and support decision-making with structured candidate evaluations
- Act as a trusted recruiting partner to clients and internal stakeholders, and provide guidance and advice on recruiting best practices and industry trends
- Draft and present offers to candidates, and support compensation discussions and offer negotiations
- Coordinate onboarding and hiring documentation, and ensure that all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks are completed
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously, and a strong understanding of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS
- Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills, and excellent interview and candidate assessment abilities
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and high attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage fast-moving hiring pipelines efficiently, and a strong understanding of employment law and hiring compliance
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex recruiting challenges
Nice to Have
- Agency recruiting or staffing background, and experience working with a wide range of clients and industries
- High-volume recruiting experience, and a strong understanding of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics
- Experience hiring for SaaS, tech, finance, property management, or professional services, and a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for these roles
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics, and a strong ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform recruiting strategies
- Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance, and a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements and best practices for recruiting and hiring
