Job Description

About the Role

The Recruiter role at Directive is a critical part of the Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for managing the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation for the company's digital marketing teams. This includes focusing on Paid Media, SEO, Demand Generation, and Programmatic advertising. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building deep talent pipelines and identifying great candidates across the organization.

As a Recruiter at Directive, you will be working remotely and will report directly to the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for managing 7-10 job requisitions at a time, working with purpose and urgency to meet the company's staffing needs.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation for digital marketing teams
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
  • Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
  • Lead and inspire the candidate experience, ensuring a consistently distinct and positive experience that reflects Directive's values
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Meet or surpass key activity and performance metrics, such as time to fill in 30 days or less

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience
  • Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, etc.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with the ability to leverage technology to increase efficiency and maximize output
  • Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox is a plus
  • Strong communication and feedback skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to work remotely and build strong relationships with colleagues and candidates
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly in areas like programmatic advertising

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in Mexico or other international markets
  • Knowledge of Spanish or other languages
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM or HRCI
