About the Role

As a Recruiter at Directive, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring top talent to drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, and will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the performance marketing space, including areas such as paid media, SEO, and programmatic advertising.

The role will involve working remotely, and you will be expected to be self-motivated and disciplined in your work. You will be part of a talented team of recruiters and will have the opportunity to collaborate and share best practices.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Create and manage job postings and advertisements
  • Source candidates through social media, networking events, and other channels
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Manage and maintain a robust talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and ideas
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the performance marketing space
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and other digital marketing channels
  • Knowledge of the performance marketing landscape, including trends and best practices
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox recruitment software
  • Knowledge of Spanish or other languages
  • Experience recruiting in Mexico or other international locations
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field
