About the Role
The Recruiter - Sales role at Mercury is a critical part of the company's growth strategy, focusing on driving sales hiring strategies and managing candidate pipelines for key sales positions. As a key member of the recruitment team, this role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to coordination and offer support.In this fast-paced environment, the Recruiter - Sales will need to be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning their workstreams end-to-end. The ability to learn quickly, operate with autonomy, and contribute to building effective, scalable recruiting practices is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting or supporting hiring in a similar function, with strong organizational and execution skills.

What You Will Do
- Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to execute hiring strategies for Sales and GTM roles
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer support
- Build and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a high-quality and efficient candidate experience
- Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, and blockers
- Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels
- Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing the company's mission, culture, and the opportunity to join a growing GTM organization
- Contribute to improving recruiting processes, tools, and coordination across the team
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform hiring decisions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends
What We Are Looking For
- Experience recruiting or supporting hiring in a fast-paced environment (GTM or similar functions preferred)
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches independently
- Comfort with full-cycle recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates through clear and thoughtful communication
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Ability to operate with some ambiguity while following established processes and guidance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools, such as applicant tracking systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights to inform hiring decisions

- Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Knowledge of sales and GTM functions, with an understanding of the skills and qualifications required for these roles
