About the Role
As a Recruiter at WorkOS, you will be at the forefront of building and scaling the company's team, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles. What You Will Do
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates, focusing on diversity and quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and support to ensure the best possible hiring decisions.
- Design and implement effective candidate closing processes, leveraging data and feedback to continuously improve.
- Enhance referral programs to maximize network-based referrals, recognizing the value of employee networks in talent acquisition.
- Gather and analyze candidate feedback to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with WorkOS's goals and values.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment activities, ensuring WorkOS's commitment to a fair and inclusive hiring process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth startup environment, with a successful track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong expertise in GTM and EPD roles, understanding the nuances and requirements of these positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence, enabling you to navigate complex situations and provide empathetic support where needed.
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Experience with recruitment tools and technologies, leveraging these to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
