About the Role
Pacific Health Group is seeking a dynamic Recruiting and Talent Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts across its integrated care organization.Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for clinical, operational, and administrative positions
- Build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Design interview frameworks rooted in values alignment and trauma-informed hiring practices
