About the Role

Pacific Health Group is seeking a dynamic Recruiting and Talent Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts across its integrated care organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for clinical, operational, and administrative positions
  • Build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Design interview frameworks rooted in values alignment and trauma-informed hiring practices
