Job Description

About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator position at Webflow is a foundational role that will play a hands-on part in building out the company's Buenos Aires hub. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, and will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

The role entails managing end-to-end candidate support, from scheduling interviews to offer acceptance, with a primary focus on Argentina-based engineering roles. The Recruiting Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating periodic onsite interview logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and the team.

As a key member of the talent operations team, the Recruiting Coordinator will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's hiring processes and contribute to the growth of the Buenos Aires hub.

What You Will Do

  • Create a best-in-class experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers by owning end-to-end candidate support
  • Support the coordination of periodic onsite interview logistics, ensuring a seamless candidate and team experience
  • Relay candidate feedback to recruiters and hiring managers to improve overall hiring processes
  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers on interview scheduling efficiency
  • Problem-solve when issues arise, managing interview cancellations, changing schedules, and other logistical challenges
  • Manage interview scheduling across global time zones, with a primary focus on Argentina and the ability to coordinate across teams in the US, UK, and other regions as needed
  • Collaborate with the talent operations team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition

What We Are Looking For

  • Business-level fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar scheduling/coordination work in a fast-paced, quickly changing tech environment
  • Ability to work efficiently across global time zones, coordinating with stakeholders and candidates
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Knowledge of Argentine labor laws and regulations

  • Experience scheduling engineering interviews or working within an engineering recruiting organization
  • Familiarity with Webflow's products and services
  • Certification in recruiting or human resources
