Job Description
About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at SpaceX, you will play a vital role in the company's hiring process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate onsite interviews, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience and a successful interview day. You will also support the recruiting team with various administrative tasks, such as greeting and touring candidates, and assisting with special projects as needed.The recruiting team at SpaceX is responsible for finding and attracting top talent to join the company's mission to enable human life on Mars. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.

What You Will Do
- Schedule onsite interviews with candidates
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements
- Host candidates and manage day-of onsite interview logistics
- Learn about SpaceX's business and programs to speak intelligently with candidates and client groups
- Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX
- Assist the talent operations team with special projects as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to the hiring process
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including data entry and record-keeping
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- 6+ months of professional experience in human resources, marketing, sales, or technology
- Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
- Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
- Basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure in accordance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities

- Experience as a recruiting coordinator
- Certification in human resources or a related field
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
