What You Will Do
- Own recruiting coordination for a high volume of open roles, ensuring a consistent and well-run hiring experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Manage the operational aspects of the candidate experience, including scheduling, work trial coordination, and offer logistics.
- Be responsible for the recruiting tech stack, maintaining the cleanliness and configuration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), managing vendor administration, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support the offer process, including sending offers, coordinating approvals, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
- Design and own the onboarding experience at Linear, building a journey that is thoughtful, well-coordinated, and scalable.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of people systems and data across the HRIS and ATS.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, transfers, and location changes.
- Continuously seek ways to automate and streamline processes, leveraging AI and modern tooling to enhance efficiency without compromising the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the People & Talent team to identify areas for improvement in HR operations and develop strategies to implement change.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or people operations, preferably in a fast-moving tech company.
- Experience in supporting employee onboarding and people programs, not just recruiting processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities without compromising details or candidate experience.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS and HRIS systems, with the ability to get data in clean and keep it that way.
- Excitement about using AI tools and automation to enhance work processes and the candidate experience.
- Experience in scaling or improving HR systems and processes.
- Clear and warm communication skills, with the ability to leave a positive impression on candidates.
- High ownership mentality, with the ability to identify and fix problems proactively.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear.

- Experience working in a remote-first company and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Knowledge of Ashby ATS and experience with its configuration and management.
- Certification in HR or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
