About the Role

As a Recruiting Operations Coordinator at Jerry.ai, you will be the backbone of the company's recruiting engine, responsible for managing logistics and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for all candidates. What You Will Do

  • Provide white-glove service to candidates, including sending personalized pre-interview information and managing LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage the lifecycle of take-home assignments and maintain candidate profiles in Ashby ATS
  • Ensure all candidate documents are accessible to those who need them
  • Manage recruiter calendars with precision, rearranging interviews on the fly to prioritize high-impact candidates and maximize daily capacity
  • Act as the point person for leadership's urgent recruiting needs, including updating compensation bands, posting new job reqs, and coordinating training/shadowing of new interviewers
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Analyze and report on recruiting metrics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting operations

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience in a fast-growth startup or high-volume agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong digital skills and experience with remote work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Ashby ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
