About the Role
The Recruiting Partner at Code.org plays a strategic role in leading the entire hiring lifecycle for assigned positions across the organization. This involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. As a key member of the recruitment team, the Recruiting Partner will be responsible for managing the intake process, coordinating interviews, and extending offers to successful candidates.The role of the Recruiting Partner is critical in supporting Code.org's mission to increase participation in AI and computer science education. By attracting and hiring top talent, the Recruiting Partner will contribute to the development of innovative educational programs and resources that inspire students to learn about AI and computer science.

What You Will Do
- Lead the hiring lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake to offer
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Extend offers to successful candidates and negotiate employment terms
- Manage recruitment data and analytics to inform future recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
- Contribute to the development of Code.org's diversity and inclusion strategy
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably in a non-profit or education sector
- Strong knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Knowledge of AI and computer science education (desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. human resources, business administration)
- Certification in recruitment or talent management (desirable)
