About the Role
The Recruitment Consultant position at WilsonHCG EMEA Ltd is a key role in the company's US operations, responsible for delivering top talent to clients and providing exceptional candidate experiences. As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet them. The role is part of a collaborative and dynamic team, where independence, creativity, and a strong work ethic are valued.The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. This will require building and maintaining a strong network of candidates, as well as developing and nurturing relationships with clients and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US job market, as well as expertise in recruitment strategies, market intelligence, and client relationships. They will be able to work independently, think creatively, and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
What You Will Do
- Manage the selection process, including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research, social media, and ongoing bench management
- Develop and implement creative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates
- Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process
- Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction
- Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
- Update and maintain reports, such as applicant tracking system data and other related administrative responsibilities
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, and advanced internet searches
- Strong understanding of the US job market and recruitment trends
- Expertise in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and meet performance expectations
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Knowledge of RPO and client relationship management
- Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as HR or talent management
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and dashboards
