About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator role at Cohere is a critical component of the company's talent acquisition strategy. As a liaison between various teams, including hiring managers, the Talent Team, and the People team, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the candidate experience, building strong relationships, and maintaining seamless communication throughout the interview process.The Recruitment Coordinator will be an integral part of a fast-paced and dynamic team, working closely with executive assistants, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to drive the recruitment process forward. With a focus on providing exceptional candidate experiences, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.

What You Will Do
- Schedule interviews and ensure seamless communication with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the candidate experience and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Partner closely with executive assistants to drive the recruitment process forward
- Support and optimize the interview process, automating where possible
- Provide status updates, answer questions, and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
- Support payroll, onboarding, contract employee initiatives, and other projects as necessary
- Keep internal documentation up to date, working with attention to detail and organization
- Manage dozens of calendars and support a large volume of interviews with hiring managers and executive teams
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's recruitment process and policies
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of professional work experience supporting a fast-paced recruitment team
- Experience working for a fast-paced technology start-up or scale-up
- Strong experience managing dozens of calendars and supporting a large volume of interviews
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage a high workload at a demanding pace
- Proven track record of partnering with all functions and levels across an enterprise
- Very strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
- Familiarity with recruitment software and systems

- Experience working in the AI or technology industry
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
- Certification in recruitment or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
