## About the Role As a Recruitment Coordinator at Cohere, you will play a vital role in managing the candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the interview process. You will be working closely with hiring managers, the Talent Team, and the People Ops function to build solid partnerships and drive the recruitment process forward.

The Recruitment Coordinator role is crucial in Cohere's mission to scale intelligence and serve humanity. The role is part of the Talent Team, which is responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring that Cohere attracts the best talent in the industry. You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with other team members to achieve the company's hiring goals.

## What You Will Do - Manage the candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the interview process - Build strong relationships with hiring managers, the Talent Team, and the People Ops function to drive the recruitment process forward - Schedule and prepare interviews, ensuring that all parties are well-prepared and informed - Support the early talent and intern hiring process, including updating job postings and scheduling interviews - Help to optimize the interview process, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement - Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, providing status updates and answering questions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal documentation, utilizing tools such as Lever, Notion, and Slack - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining the applicant tracking system - Collaborate with the Talent Team to develop and implement recruitment strategies - Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future hiring decisions

## What We Are Looking For - High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of resilience and adaptability - Experience with recruitment software and systems, including applicant tracking systems - Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects - Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms, including social media and job boards - Experience working in a remote-first environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
