About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain the company's employer brand across digital and social platforms
  • Create compelling content showcasing company culture, employee stories, benefits, and career opportunities
  • Manage job advertising strategies across job boards, social media, email campaigns, and other sourcing platforms
  • Coordinate targeted campaigns for high-volume, hard-to-fill, and specialized roles
  • Design and produce recruitment-related content, including social media posts, videos, graphics, and career site content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather employee testimonials and success stories
  • Manage recruitment-focused social media channels and content calendars
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Track and analyze recruitment marketing metrics, including source effectiveness, application conversion rates, and campaign performance

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, talent acquisition, or employer branding
  • Experience managing social media and digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with marketing and design tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment advertising tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Data analysis and reporting skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting healthcare, multi-site, or high-volume recruiting environments
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social campaigns
