What You Will Do
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping to inform recruitment strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approaches
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping techniques
- Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
- Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
