REFFERAL *Scout Search Quality Rater - Simplified Chinese (Canada)

## About the Role As a Scout Search Quality Rater at Welo Global, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of online search results and providing feedback to improve the overall search experience. This role is crucial in helping to develop and augment AI data, which is used to power search engines and other online platforms. You will be working independently, but will have access to support from the project management team during business hours.

The ideal candidate for this role will be fluent in Simplified Chinese and have a strong understanding of English. They will also need to be web-savvy, with excellent online research skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A reliable computer system and internet connection are also essential, as well as reliable anti-virus software.

## What You Will Do - Evaluate the quality of online search results and provide feedback to improve the search experience - Complete tasks in Simplified Chinese, including searching, evaluating, and rating online content - Use your unique gifts of understanding people's intentions to improve the online search engine experience - Provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions - Set your own schedule to accomplish weekly goals, with a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week - Work independently, but with access to support from the project management team during business hours - Participate in ongoing training and quality evaluations to ensure the highest level of quality in your work - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in search engine technology and online trends - Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices

## What We Are Looking For - Fluency in Simplified Chinese, with a strong understanding of English - Strong understanding of popular culture in Simplified Chinese (China) - Web-savvy, with excellent online research skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable computer system and internet connection, with reliable anti-virus software - Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions and rules - Ability to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
