About the Role
The Regional Account Director position at mymediset is a critical role that requires a unique blend of enterprise software sales experience, MedTech industry knowledge, and SaaS expertise. As a key member of the mymediset team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with MedTech companies in your assigned region. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and engaging with medical device manufacturers and distributors, and leveraging your knowledge of SAP systems to address client challenges.The success of mymediset's innovative SaaS software solutions depends on the ability of its Regional Account Directors to understand the complex needs of MedTech organizations and deliver tailored solutions that meet those needs. As a Regional Account Director, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about transforming medical inventory supply chains globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the US MedTech industry
- Build and drive your own pipeline by identifying and engaging with medical device manufacturers and distributors
- Leverage your knowledge of SAP systems to address client challenges related to MedTech loan and consignment, inventory management, and order processing
- Present and sell SaaS-based solutions tailored to the needs of MedTech OEMs and their distributors
- Demonstrate expertise in consignment inventory models and provide insights on how they can benefit clients' supply chain operations
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering consultative sales approaches that align with client goals
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, administrative, and IT teams
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and delivery, to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within MedTech and healthcare IT
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the MedTech industry or healthcare industry
- Understanding of SAP supply chain and order management systems in a sales operational or consulting delivery capacity
- Proven ability to sell or work with SaaS-based solutions
- Familiarity with consignment inventory models and their application in the MedTech sector
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions
- Existing network within the MedTech or healthcare industry
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Ability to work and stage deals to close on the planned month/quarter
