About the Role
The Regional Channel Manager role at Sangoma is a high-impact position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across the Texas region, working closely with partners to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. With a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, you will serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement, sales enablement, and operational support.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize partner success. You will also be responsible for conducting regular partner business reviews, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive channel growth and expansion across the Texas region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, agents, MSPs, and technology partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner success
- Conduct regular partner business reviews to drive pipeline growth, revenue performance, and strategic alignment
- Develop and execute sales enablement programs to drive partner engagement and activation
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement, sales enablement, and operational support
- Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute co-selling initiatives and demand generation campaigns
- Represent Sangoma at industry events, partner conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand awareness and channel growth
- Develop executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams to increase strategic alignment and long-term business development
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5+ years of channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales experience within Unified Communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, telecom, cloud communications, or related technologies
- Proven success generating partner-driven pipeline and achieving revenue growth through channel relationships
- Established relationships with telecom agents, Technology Service Broker, and other key partners
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Adjust, and Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience working with UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, Hybrid Cloud, Voice, and Data solutions
- Knowledge of cloud communications, telecom, and related technologies
- Familiarity with channel sales and partner management best practices
