The Regional Compensation Manager position at Vialto Partners is a critical role within the Global Total Rewards Team, which is part of the Global People Team. This role is designed to enable the company's rapid growth by leading the evolution of its total rewards programs in the EMEA region, aligning with the company's global strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compensation programs and policies in the region, ensuring compliance with global frameworks and philosophy.The Regional Compensation Manager will work closely with various teams, partnering on different business initiatives, with a particular focus on collaboration with the global compensation and benefits team. This collaboration is aimed at ensuring best practices and enhancing employee engagement as Vialto Partners continues its rapid growth. What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and regional executives on compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Executive Leaders, Business Partners, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective use of compensation data and alignment with organizational goals.
- Co-lead annual pay planning, market analysis, and special projects for the region and global initiatives.
- Educate leaders and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and compliance requirements to foster transparency and trust.
- Support global compensation programs, including base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses across multiple functions and countries to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of compensation-related projects, including annual pay cycles, market benchmarking, and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones to ensure successful execution.
- Develop tools, templates, and guidelines to ensure smooth execution and compliance and pay planning across multiple countries.
- Identify opportunities to enhance compensation programs through automation, technology, and innovative practices.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement competitive sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
- Develop competitive and motivating sales incentive structures that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Partner with Finance to build analytical models to simulate various compensation scenarios, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Ensure plans are compliant with local regulations and harmonized with global frameworks.
