About the Role

The Regional Director, Enterprise at Fivetran is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and scaling the enterprise sales team. What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage a team of enterprise account executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Fivetran's presence in the enterprise market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to build a cohesive go-to-market motion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Fivetran's strategic accounts
  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive leadership team
  • Work closely with the revenue operations team to optimize sales processes and improve sales efficiency
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, with a focus on high-quality, high-value deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales enablement content

  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
