About the Role
As a Regional Lead Civil Engineer focusing on Bridge and Structures at BKF Engineers, you'll engage in meaningful infrastructure work from anywhere around the globe. This role requires a proactive mindset and offers flexibility to travel as necessary for client engagement.Responsibilities
- Develop project proposals outlining scope, schedule, and budget.
- Build and lead project teams and manage client relationships.
- Train engineers on creating construction documents and technical reports.
- Conduct site visits and provide engineering support.
- Lead maintenance-based inspections and projects.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly across various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred in Structural Engineering.
- California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- 16+ years experience in structural and bridge design.
