About the Role

The Regional Marketing Manager at ClickHouse will play a central role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to reach enterprise companies. This role involves managing events, campaigns, and partnerships to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS market, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated field events that support both immediate and long-term business objectives. This includes collaborating with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy teams to develop content and promotional strategies that drive high attendance and engagement. You will also work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives, helping to expand ClickHouse's reach and strengthen its market presence.

The role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills to track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and events. The ability to travel over 50% of the time is also required, although this is expected to decrease as the team grows.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events
  • Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales leaders, to develop content and promotional strategies
  • Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event campaigns, covering audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies
  • Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and events, using data insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable results
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar and actively identify new event opportunities that align with ClickHouse's marketing goals and priorities
  • Coordinate all event logistics, ensuring the smooth delivery of materials, booth properties, graphics, promotional items, and equipment throughout transportation and setup
  • Provide internal teams with clear guidance on event responsibilities and task assignments, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective collaboration across departments

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness through field marketing efforts
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in organizing and executing events at both small and large scales
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Experience working with Adjust, Excel, and other marketing analytics tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel over 50% of the time, with a valid passport and willingness to adapt to changing travel requirements
