About the Role

The Regional Marketing Manager - East will play a pivotal role in ClickHouse's marketing strategy, focusing on driving awareness and consideration for the company's real-time analytics platform among enterprise companies. This involves conceptualizing and executing high-quality events, both virtual and in-person, that align with the company's sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field marketing, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales management, product marketing, and developer advocacy.

Day-to-day activities will revolve around the design and execution of integrated field events that support both immediate and long-term business objectives. This includes translating demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences by working with various teams to develop content and promotional strategies. The role also involves managing the entire event lifecycle, from contracts and planning to logistics and on-the-ground execution.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events.
  • Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event campaigns, covering audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies.
  • Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and events, using data insights to refine strategies.
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar and actively identify new event opportunities that align with ClickHouse’s marketing goals.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, ensuring the smooth delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Provide internal teams with clear guidance on event responsibilities and task assignments.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness through field marketing efforts.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in organizing and executing events at both small and large scales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Experience working with Adjust and Excel for campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS market and trends.
